Shivinder S. Deol MD is the Medical Director of The Anti-Aging & Wellness Center (AACW), a Premier Wellness Center offering Comprehensive Wellness and Regenerative Therapies for the last 30 years. AAWC is one of its kind Center in Kern County. It is well recognized, and attracts new patients from hundreds of miles away. AAWC offers Bio-Identical Hormone Therapies (BHRT), Thyroid & Iodine Optimization, Adrenal Fatigue & Fibromyalgia Options, Hyperbaric Oxygen, External Counter Pulsation (ECP), Ozone Prolotherapy, IV therapies including Vitamin C, Myers, Chelation & More. Dr. Deol is on the cutting edge of disruptive medical technologies, and is constantly adding new alternative and complementary therapies at AAWC. Dr. Deol has been certified by The American Board of Family Practice, and American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Deol studied in a private boarding school in India.  The curriculum was based on a Cambridge University, England, and he graduated with honors. Dr. Deol comes from a family of Indian Army Officers, and studied at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India (AFMC), a premier medical institution in India. Upon graduating from AFMC, and completing his flexible internship in Army Hospital, Roorkee, India, he migrated to USA in 1977. He completed his post graduate training in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine and Family Practice at University of Tennessee, and St Francis Hospital, Memphis. He has been in a successful private practice in Bakersfield, CA since 1982. Dr. Deol’s passion is Preventive Health with Nutritional Therapies, Weight Loss and Detoxification. He has participated in numerous Wellness, Anti-Aging and Regenerative trainings and seminars over the years. He served as President of Kern Academy of Family Physicians from 1987-2009. He was chief of staff at Bakersfield community Hospital 1991-1992, and was chairman of several hospital departments. He served on Board of Directors at Truxtun Radiology, Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital. He is member of over 15 medical associations serving in different capacity.
